Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Consultation form: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, current education and grades, target degree, country, field and intake, and any choices you made in our admission odds calculator.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Emails, calls and messages you send us, and the information you share during a consultation.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that identify you.

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule your free consultation.
• To give you study abroad guidance tailored to your profile.
• To send you updates you subscribed to — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep records required by law and to protect our legitimate rights.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box or subscribing. We never sell your personal data or use it for purposes you haven’t agreed to.

We share data only with service providers who help us run ScholarKite, and only as needed:

• FormSubmit — delivers website form submissions to our email inbox.
• GoDaddy — hosts our business email.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

With your permission, we may share your application details with universities, scholarship bodies or service providers you choose to apply to. We will disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India, with appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case we keep it for the duration of our services and as required by law) or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email admission@scholarkite.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to you sharing your details with us. Our consultation form asks you to confirm this. If we learn we have received a child’s data without such consent, we will delete it.

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to help you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.
